Read our Safe Care Commitment.
At Brigham and Women's, we're here for our patients - especially during challenging times when you might need us most. With Brigham Health's Virtual Visits, there's no need to delay or avoid your cardiac care. Whether for an initial consult, second opinion or follow-up care, Virtual Visits give you a convenient way to connect with our team of cardiac specialists without leaving your home.
How Virtual Visits Work
All providers within the Heart and Vascular Center are conducting Virtual Visits for new patient appointments, surgical consults, follow-up visits, and second opinions. These one-on-one virtual appointments are available across all cardiac conditions and are a convenient way to begin – or continue – your care from the comfort and safety of your home.
All you need is a phone, smartphone, tablet or computer with a video camera to get started. Call or request an appointment online, and our team will guide you through the process.
"I can't be in the same room with my patients during a virtual visit, but there's a real closeness to meeting virtually. Patients can talk directly to their provider. There's a real opportunity to discuss what's really going on, and people should feel good about that." – Dale S. Adler, MD
We welcome visitors to provide support to their loved one while they are receiving care. Read our latest Visitor Policy.
Yes, our providers will continue to conduct Virtual Visits with patients for consultations, second opinions and follow-up care as appropriate.

You will need reliable internet access and a computer, tablet or smartphone with video capabilities or a simple phone.
Before you connect with your provider, our will team will guide you through the process, including logging in to Partners Patient Gateway and testing your devices. Otherwise, prepare for your provider visit as you normally would, including having your questions and health updates ready.
Your provider will determine if you need testing or imaging before your Virtual Visit, and you will be on how to schedule these appointments to be conducted safely. If testing or imaging is not done prior, your provider will give guidance after your Virtual Visit.
We are steadfast in our commitment to treating you in the safest possible environment and are seeing patients both in person and through Virtual Visits. To request an appointment, please call 857-307-6048 Monday - Friday, 8am-5pm ET or complete the form to receive a callback.
